Data miner found setting for iOS and Android devices in GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition files. Take-Two mentioned that remasters will arrive on mobile platforms in 2022.
These settings makes the games look way simpler. The visuals are similar to those we found in Nintendo Switch version. Take a look at screenshots:
