Modder improved the tattoo system in GTA San Andreas
New tattoos for GTA San Andreas are not among the most popular mods. This is due to the specifics of the tattoos implementation in the game. Pixels should be located in the part of the body where the tattoo is to be. Their number should correspond to the number of the body pixels. Black White, the modder, changed the tattoo system to the manner of GTA 5 to make the process of creating them more accessible.
