New event with bonuses on Cayo Perico island starts today in GTA Online

Today (November 7), a new event kicks off in GTA Online, running until November 13. Players can look forward to bonuses on Cayo Perico Island and new discounts on various items.
Event Highlights:
- Rare Panther Statue available on the first completion of the Cayo Perico Heist;
- Community Challenges — the start of the Heist Month, where players collectively need to steal a total of 20 trillion GTA$ in selected series. If the goal is achieved, exclusive rewards will be distributed in December;
- Strickler's Hat for completing the Cayo Perico Heist without losing a life;
- Triple rewards and experience points in Community Series;
- Double rewards and experience points in Cayo Perico Series, "Cayo Perico Heist," and for finding treasure chests;
- 50% discount on ammo, body armor, and Western Rat Bike and Western Zombie Bobber motorcycles;
- 40% discount on the Maibatsu Manchez Scout motorcycle;
- 30% discount on the Kosatka submarine (including upgrades and modifications), as well as BF Raptor, Grotti Stinger, Kraken Avisa, Lampadati Michelli GT, Mammoth Squaddie, and Vapid Slamtruck;
- 40% discount on the Combat Shotgun;
- 50% discount on throwable weapons and armor;
- 50% discount on inventory (GTA+);
- New heists, test rides, and premium races.
As a reminder, Take-Two recently reaffirmed that the release of GTA 6 is scheduled for fall 2025.
