Since the Irish helped you obtain the machine gun in Red Dead Redemption during the mine mission, you also need to get ammunition for it. The task described in this guide will help you accomplish this.
Reach Irish's location, marked on the map with the letter I, and watch the cutscene.
Follow the man to the Travel Landing warehouse, where Irish plans to steal the ammunition. Upon arrival, you will find the entrance gates closed. Go around the location from the back to find an open entrance and watch the cutscene. We learn that a certain Shaky, whom Irish describes as a decent man, is in trouble. Climb the ladder to the roof of the house, sneak inside through the windows, and eliminate the bandits holding the man captive.
After clearing the first wave of bandits, talk to the rescued man, and then deal with the newly arrived villains. Follow Shaky and Irish to the wagon. Shoot back at the bandits along the way so they do not rob the wagon. Upon reaching the final point, you will have the opportunity to patrol the MacFarlane's Ranch, as well as receive +75 points to the Fame parameter.
