Halloween event in GTA Online attracts 400,000 gamers on its first day

Recently, GTA Online launched its Halloween event, which introduced the Ludendorff Cemetery Survival mode to players. It turns out that the event has gained significant popularity among gamers.
On the first day alone, 400,000 players participated in the event, and now the number of gamers has surpassed one million.
It is reported that the event's popularity has increased by 270% compared to the ATT-16 Assault event that took place in August.
The likely reasons for this high popularity are several factors. Firstly, many are probably interested in returning to North Yankton for a bit of nostalgia. Secondly, survival modes involving zombies often attract a large number of players.
