In this mission walkthrough of Red Dead Redemption, Bonnie will once again ask for a favor — to accompany her to town. The girl needs to pick up some supplies, and she wants to do it in your company.
Get into the cart with the woman and follow the point marked on the map. Upon arrival, the first thing you should do is go to Dr. Jones to buy some medicine. Enter the shop marked on the map and buy the item Medicine.
Exit the shop and talk to Bonnie, then accompany her. Upon completing the mission, you will receive +25 points in the Honor category.
