Rockstar Games Could Cancel RDR Remaster After The Failure Of GTA: The Trilogy

Fans received the announcement of Red Dead Redemption's re-release on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch with disappointment. Many players wanted to see updated graphics, some of them dreamed of RDR 2 level visuals. However, the game will be a regular port from the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles.
Insider Budzcario stated that Rockstar Games first planned to create a remaster of Red Dead Redemption. The development of the game was approved at the same time as GTA: The Trilogy, which began to have problems at the production stage. After that the studio abandoned the remaster of RDR.
Budzcario also said that the main part of the Rockstar team is now working on GTA 6.
