The development of the game started back in 2007 as a map mod for Criminal Russia, adding 1/3 of the final map to the game. In 2013, the creator of the mod, Stanislav Morozov, announced the creation of his own map for the mod. In 2014, the first demo version was released, which added everything that was still in the beginning, only as a separate island. After a couple of months, new areas and streets began to appear in the game, which were completely copied from the prototypes of the city of Penza. At the end of 2014, GTA PenzaCentr 2014 was released, which was already an "independent" mod, in which everything that was said in the group was present. At the beginning of 2015, the latest version called GTA PenzaCentr 3.0 was released, which was available for download only as a torrent, which almost no one distributed. I managed to download it and now you can look at everything that the developers managed to do before the breakup of the team.
P.S. The game is extremely unstable and may not work well on weak PCs. There are also many places in the game where the game crashes automatically.
