Brunette in a bikini from Vice City or blonde from the cover of San Andreas? Comparing the heroes and heroines of the GTA series

Recently, an interesting topic was launched on Reddit — they showed the difference between girls in bikinis from Vice City, the fifth and sixth parts of the series. We decided to develop it, but not limit ourselves to just sunbathing beauties, but compare the main and secondary characters, as well as random NPCs.

The main characters of the Grand Theft Auto series

We will start with the protagonists of the 3D trilogy, Claude Speed ​​from GTA 3, Tommy Vercetti from Vice City and CJ from San Andreas. In our opinion, each of them has charisma and self-confidence in their appearance.

With the heroes of the HD universe, which includes the fourth and fifth parts, everything is not so clear. In our opinion, Luis Lopez lacks a little charisma — he looks like a typical gangster performer without his own ambitions. Many players were disappointed in Johnny Klebitz after the events of GTA 5. However, in the add-on The Lost and Damned, which is dedicated to his gang, this biker was perceived as an excellent character for whom you wanted to play.

Girlfriends of the Main Characters

A full-fledged romance system appeared only in GTA: San Andreas. In the third part and Vice City, everything was limited to individual scenes and hints at possible relationships. Meanwhile, we believe that Claude had an affair with Maria Latore, and Tommy — with Mercedes Cortez. As CJ's girlfriend, we will take Catalina. Despite the breakup, she clearly had feelings for the hero and even tried to make him jealous.

The girls look spectacular. But their characters are very questionable. Maria had romantic relationships with many Italian gangsters, as a result of which Salvatore Leone became angry with Claude and even tried to kill him. Catalina turned out to be a crazy lady who committed crimes for her own pleasure, and eventually tried to kill her partner. With Mercedes, everything is much simpler — she just loved men very much, especially when it came to actors and musicians.

Niko from GTA 4 and Johnny from The Lost and Damned had favorite girls, and Michael from the fifth Grand Theft Auto was already married at the beginning of the game.

This time, the writers have focused on complex personal dramas. Kate from GTA 4 turned out to be a kind girl who is forced to live surrounded by criminals, Ashley from The Lost and Damned got involved with a bad crowd and became addicted to drugs, while Amanda cheats on her husband with guys she barely knows. At the same time, the heroines do not look as impressive as the beauties from Vice City and San Andreas.

Starting with the third part of the series, we see bright collages on the covers of the numbered parts of the GTA series. On them you can see the streets of the city, transport, the main characters and beautiful girls.

The cover of Grand Theft Auto 3 features Misty, a prostitute who works for Luigi Goterelli. At the same time, Luigi, the son of Don Salvatore, has special feelings for her. Thanks to GTA Advance, it became known that she used to collaborate with the yakuza.

The beauty from the cover of GTA: Vice City is one of two twins. The first works as a waitress at the Malibu club, and the second is a stripper at Pole Position. It is known that before Tommy appeared, they were involved with Ricardo Diaz.

The blonde who sticks out her tongue is the singer Rochell'le. She does not appear in the game itself, but she is mentioned on the official website among the forgotten stars of West Coast hip-hop. The girl dated Madd Dog, but after breaking up with him, she disappeared from public view. Meanwhile, many connoisseurs of female rap were waiting for her return. Rochelle's image is based on the singer Mariah Carey.

The brunette with the lollipop is called Lola del Rio. From the LCPD database, we know that she came to Liberty City from San Fierro and is engaged in prostitution. It is impossible to meet her in the game itself.

The names of the girls from the covers of the Episodes from Liberty City and GTA 5 disc editions are unknown to us.

Temporary allies of the main characters who turned out to be traitors

The theme of betrayal permeates all numbered parts of the GTA series. Claude is "dumped" by his mistress Catalina and the head of the Italian mafia Salvatore Leone, Tommy Vercetti is framed by his boss Sonny, and then stabbed in the back by Lance. Ryder and Big Smoke team up against CJ and go over to the Ballas, and Niko Bielik arrives in Liberty City to find those who betrayed his squad to the enemy. Billy Gray saw Johnny as a contender for the role of the gang leader and wanted to eliminate him. Michael and Trevor are betrayed at the end of the story mode of GTA 5 and Franklin is offered to kill one of them.

But don't think that the main characters of the GTA games have never betrayed anyone. Claude killed his ally Kenji Kasen just like that, only because it was profitable for Donald Love. And Michael turned in his accomplices to the FIB, which is why Brad Snyder died, and Trevor was forced to hide.

Police

From specific characters, we move on to NPCs. We'll start with the police. Their costumes changed noticeably from one part to another. Here's how they looked in the games of the 3D universe.

Medics

Medical workers save people who are seriously injured. You can see them after a shootout or an accident. They really help those who are bleeding to death to get back on their feet. And the guys are not always wearing the usual white coat.
