Although it's not new, I haven't done it for a long time in GTA San Andreas.

Tinted glass? Seriously? And even the tail from Sparrow is not the topic. Sorry, but a minus.
If the author had modified the car, then the plus would have been set.
And so, what can I say, a minus.

He seems to be from Need For Speed.
It's still from Real Racing 3 on mobile.
The model is cool, although the right hand drive does not work in the Sampa. That's why I put a minus.

I am a noob in this business and I did not understand how to open tuning for those cars for which it is closed, for example Hotknife is beautiful, but the wheels cannot be changed (I have changed)
Oh, I forgot!
Dig into vehicles.ide, find the line with which 434 begins, see -1 at the end of the line? Replace -1 with 0.
Now, go to carmods.dat and write something like this (for example, under hermes and above huntley):
hermes, nto_b_l, nto_b_s, nto_b_tw
hotknife, nto_b_l, nto_b_s, nto_b_tw
huntley, nto_b_l, nto_b_s, nto_b_tw
hotknife, nto_b_l, nto_b_s, nto_b_tw
huntley, nto_b_l, nto_b_s, nto_b_tw

for tuning to work, you need an Open Limit Adjuster
And where is the function for tuning in the Open Limit Adjuster?

There are textures on the wheels. Named tireA0. Dark, but still texture. Took from Forza Horizon Shared Textures. They are the same with Forza 4.
As for the tuning muffler - when using the texture, the tuning muffler will be black.

And we also need to recalculate the normals so that the inside of the muffler is black.
JereX9999_By_KiRiCh,
Not only from NFS Carbon itself, but also from NFS Most Wanted itself. I unfortunately no longer play NFS Most Wanted and NFS Carbon, but the cars themselves (and the vinyls as well) look great.

It's also a plus for me, but so that the headlights do not shine through the body or interior, make headlights and taillights dummy (but all the headlights have been removed, so do not put it on). And the car is great.
atom889,
You're right. But the wheels of the Archangels can't be repainted anyway.

Or are you just kidding me?
