The first can be seen in the aforementioned addition, but about the latter I can offer another replacement. I can’t test it in the game myself yet, but you can put it and see what happened. I did everything like SergeDV, only to a lesser extent (less blur and discoloration), at the same time reduced the level of red color, so that it matches more with GTA paints. On standard models, fixed / superimposed fixed daytime and nighttime lighting, and just as smooth, so that these very angularities of the models were invisible, while these models are configured in such a way that no other lighting can initially be superimposed on them: neither sun nor from artificial light sources (poles, headlights, traffic lights, etc.). For example, in GTA United, such lighting can be superimposed. When I changed the weather settings, adding additional lighting, all the angularities of all rocks (for example, in Liberty City) were clearly visible. Absolutely the same angularity of the models can be observed in any additions with transfers of drugs, aircraft and SA to the RAGE engine, where, of course, the correct sunlight is set up.
Well, this is the cost of the game itself.
Of course, this trouble can be compensated by smoothing these rocks, or by smoothing the lighting itself, but if you drop the whole banter, it’s really worthy work, despite the fierce flickering and sometimes brakes that happen. It would be better to bind all the settings to timecyc-lu, and in general it would be great.

In general, well, personally, my opinion is that if the scoring is done not by dozens of experienced actors and sound engineers, but by 2 and a half lovers, then it is better to put it on top of a normal track without erasing the original voices, that is to say do something like a voiceover.
