Many years have passed and this is still the best mod I have found to fix the FPS of this old game. The In-game frame limiter only limits the game to 63 FPS for me, while having framelimiter off makes the game run past 200FPS causing alot of bugs. Especially with minigames and swimming or using the Skimmer water plane(it wont take off) For me, setting to 47 or 48 FPS is the ideal way to play. Thank you for this absolutely essential mod!

depends which model you replace it with. I recommend to use it on SuperGT or Turismo, as those are sports cars that have good styling and performance and dont have parts that will crash the game in transfender

The one that replaces the Euros is the best of the 2. All it needs is a proper set of in-game low poly wheels that match the stock ones found in the game (you could give it the wheels of the Uranus) to bring down its file size a bit more and make it fit the style of Vanilla San Andreas better as well as Change the coloring so that the roofed version's body color is tied to the color of the roof as well and this mod will be perfect

Лисов хотел сделать экшен-триллер, используя сотню штампов из таких фильмов, но не получилось, всем было плевать на проект, из-за ужасно быстрого темпа и оборванности сюжет никто и не понял, и он затерялся в вихре истории.
Проект просто норм, средняк средняковый, экшен на 30 минут. Взял и забыл. 6,5/10

Привет автор, прикольная миссия люблю подобное.
Понравилась твоя орфография, но сильного сюжета я не увидел, да и последний файл попросту не хочет запускаться, а так же за модельки!
Круче было если б ты выбрал модельки солдатов, орудия ну или маппинг как писал Zadrot337.
Сценки и диалоги хорошие, даже отличные, не каждый дуомер сможет продумать подобное про войну! От меня однозначно плюс, хотелось бы более внятнее сюжетик! 7/10

Car has no textures inside?? infact there is no txd file included at all. Game also crashes immediately when trying to use it in transfender. great Idea but this mod is unfinished

can be a very beautiful mod. Very nice file size as well. great job on not including any badges, so it can fit the style of Vanilla San Andreas. but 2 big issues :
1) The wheels do not touch the ground
2) It spawns in traffic with a black hood

Very beautiful mod. completely matches the style of San andreas and the time period as well (90s). Looks like its part of the original game as well because it doesnt have real world badges. My only wish is that file size is a little smaller, as it is near 500KB which is a bit big for such a model

Что-то непонятно. Этот бывший технический директор сам себе противоречит? Ведь мультиплеер в GTA Vice City и не планировался. А про мультиплеер GTA III сто лет как известно, что в ресурсах игры есть даже меню мультиплеера (правда, оно нерабочее).

make a version with even smaller file size (remove the paintjobs from the TXD and reduce polygons more) and this mod is perfect. but otherwise, not bad at all if you are only replacing maybe 4 or 5 cars in your game.

Don't listen to these crazy boiis. This mod is Brilliant. Very small file size, supports all wheel arch angels mods, perfect balance between real life R32 and the original San Andreas Elegy. Only issue is that the car doesnt feature proper damage. But other than that...its Probably one of the best car mods I've ever seen for San Andreas. Wish we could also get one like this for the Zr350 (RX7) and the Infernus (NSX)

Is it possible to use all the wheels at the same time? What I meant is that instead of just total 10 wheels like in the vanilla game, can't we use all of them in the game?
Adding the entries for the new wheels to default.ide (just like dmagic1 wheel mod), this will add some great amount of varieties to the game, because seeing the exact wheel on 4-5 cars is so unrealistic!
By the way, 10/10 for this amazing mod, keep up the good works!

If you also use date mod, she'll be wearing this clothes as well.
Although she still wears her default clothes in cutscenes, replace these files as well if you want to alter her clothes in cutscenes during main story:
-csmerc.dff
-csmerc.txd
You can even also replace her other clothes as well.
