Adds dynamic shadows for pedestrians, Claude and cars.
Installation: Required modloader, then move the folder and ASI file from the archive into the folder modloader in the game (pre-make a folder for the mod itself in the folder modloader), with debug menu, you can adjust the quality and rendering.
