Grand Theft Auto: State of Liberty is a massive modification for GTA: Vice City that transforms the single city of Vice City into an entire state. The new state includes several cities — Vice City itself, Liberty City from GTA 3, San Andreas from GTA: San Andreas, and two entirely new cities created by the State of Liberty development team. This is truly a large-scale, high-quality modification. And it is already operational. Cars are driving through the streets, and pedestrians are walking around. The game features 120 new vehicles from GTA: San Andreas. Overall, work on the mod is ongoing, but we can already see the first quality results of this effort. Don't miss out!
