I’ll PM you what I plan to do in the next project. Just a snippet from the first mission. Maybe you can pick up some ideas, or, on the contrary, give advice.
Thank you. These are replaceable animations in the modloader folder. If you want to try, just put an actor and move the animations until you see the replaced ones.
All subsequent stories will be released based on Mission Maker, due to the obsolescence and poor compatibility of the DYOM 8.1 code with modern fixes, mods, and operating systems. Thanks for understanding.
You can also try opening the mod menu to the HOME button. There will be a menu there. Some effects may have been disabled automatically due to the same mods or for some other reason.
GTA Vice City initially did not support DX9 shaders, but I plugged something like an adapter into the game. You know, it’s like trying to put an American plug into a Ukrainian outlet. I had to use tricks. Perhaps tricks don’t work for you, which, judging by the screenshots, maybe true. Because DX9 was responsible for those effects that didn’t work for you.
Or for some reason your PC may not support DX9, but if so, I'd call you a time traveler from 1998. :)
I was joking. You can have any kind of PC. The problem is in the game. Reinstall and try again. Use the official version of the game, or the one that was not badly damaged when cracked :)
Apparently you are using some kind of viewing angle mods or something like that. The reshade on the basis of which I made my mod replaces DLL files, but as I know, in order to change the screen ratio or viewing angle, you need to replace the same files. Try installing the mod on a clean version of the game, and for a widescreen fix, use mods based on the ASI loader.
Sorry for the long replies. I now live in dangerous territory, and for this reason I cannot answer.
note. Some effects may not run due to incompatibility with your PC. But this is too rare. Try to send me a link with an image of your game, in a similar setting as in one of the screenshots. I will try to help you.
It looks like you don't really need to do anything. Just download and install this mod, as it is written in the instructions. I don't really understand you. Do you have any differences between the game and the screenshots on this page? After installing the mod, the game should look like the screenshots. The mod should be compatible with screen width patches and other mods. Try installing this mod on a clean version of the game.
Всегда пожалуйста. Рад что есть люди которым нравится такое. Этот мод не для реализма, а для обычного «просто насладится игрой». Рекомендую пройти мои DYOM истории.
Not bad. The music is well set. The plot holds intrigue, but there is no plot, but the campaign is as it should be.
The project has the right to life, but if it is not continued, then it will turn out just a jester with music. It's better not to post missions in parts. Make a project, personally by my standards, at least 8 missions, and collect them in the Storyline.
Do not make the missions too the same, and not too long, and it is desirable that one mission flow into another, but not as abruptly as it was here, or rather, the transition was nowhere, because there were no further missions.
I would continue to add some kind of horror that the player would be afraid of, but gradually he, along with the character, would become stronger, and soon, when meeting face to face with this creature, he would be able to defeat him.
Anything can be used. For example, first they show how, for example, rescuers cannot get a car that has taken off into the air, and then according to the plot, when the player looks at the TV again, there will be something more destructive, for example, a speech by the President of the United States, in which he will address the local population, with talking about keeping calm. And so on.
Damn ... Right now I'm zababakhal such ideas. I will not tell you everything that I came up with, I think you yourself will be able to think out further events. Use it to the fullest. :)
I will definitely do more, but now there are some difficulties. I don't care about those who don't like such content, they are usually bullied right away. Somehow not for games now. Thanks for the comment. If you want, you can go through my other stories as well.
The perception of this game depends on how often you play it. If you play it daily, or recently logged in, then it is clear that you will not have false memories. For those who last logged into the game 3-4 years ago, memories are distorted for the better.
I tried to recreate my memories of the first time I played this game in 2010. At the time I was playing, there were already 16:9 LCD monitors everywhere. Of course, if you are older than me, then you will have memories of an ELT or VHS image.
Cognitive distortion is a concept of cognitive science, meaning systematic deviations in behavior, perception and thinking, due to subjective beliefs (prejudices) and stereotypes, social, moral and emotional reasons, failures in the processing and analysis of information, as well as physical
It's just that when I first played this game, I remember it like that.
I don't know why, but it doesn't work for me. The map moves to the right and the icons on it become mirrored, but the world itself does not. Management also becomes mirrored. I have a fix set to 16:9 and DYOM but they shouldn't conflict with the mod. Even on a clean version of the game does not work.
While T2 is banning mods and putting outrageous price tags, EA is starting to come to its senses and do at least something normal. History somehow turned the situation upside down.
There will be a menu there.
