The Day Before copies GTA 5 and RDR 2 trailers, uses AI for narrator

The creators of The Day Before, an online survival shooter set in a zombie apocalypse, have been accused of plagiarism again. It was pointed out the latest gameplay video contains phrases from the overview trailers for GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2.
It seems, the studio also copied the music and the narrator's voice. Some claims that it was generated by a neural network. A direct comparison can be seen in the video below.
It's worth noting that before this, the developers copied frames from Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. The game itself was called a mix of The Division and The Last of Us at the time of the announcement.
The Day Before will be released on December 7 on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5.
