Machine health indicator. Here the police are chasing you, hitting the car, and you know where you need to jump out. The whole one is green, the yellow step is already damaged and the red step is the end of your car.

When the wheel has been pierced, you can replace it. To do this, we get out of the car and go to the opened trunk.
Enter - take the wheel, then go with this wheel to our broken one, squat (c) and wait for the dude to fix it.
