GTA SA is a great game, but it has some problems. This little plugin looks at some of them. It focuses mainly on fixing bugs that are present on PC but not on the PS2 version of the game.

TwoPassRendering - Enables experimental two-pass rendering for objects with alpha. It will greatly improve the way alpha is applied and solve most of the so-called 'alpha bugs'. HOWEVER, it can introduce a few other bugs AND have a negative impact on performance. Setting this option to 1 will enable Silent's double pass, which addresses vegetation issues but causes more rendering bugs. Setting this option to 2 will enable aap's (The Hero) double pass, meant to emulate the PS2 way of accessing transparent pixels (has less bugs, but doesn't fully address vegetation issues). EnableScriptFixes - Enables SCM related fixes. Also fixes an issue in Mountain Cloud Boys where the player is frozen at the beginning of the mission. NVCShader - Enables Night Vertex Colors based on the shader. Turns off automatically for SA-MP. SkipIntroSplashes - to skip EAX/NVIDIA splash screens, to start the game directly from the intros, like in the Steam version. NOTE: Has no effect when used with a Steam EXE. SmallSteamTexts - Changes the size of subtitles and radio station names to match the Steam version. Setting this to 1 when using 1.0/1.01 makes texts as large as 3.0, while setting this to 0 when using 3.0 makes texts as large as 1.0/1.01. ColoredZoneNames - Re-enables a buggy feature where the name of a territory occupied by a gang is displayed with the colors from that gang. By setting this to 0, the coloring will turn off from being displayed in all cases, even in cases where it was in a clean game. [RotorFixExceptions] - put model IDs (one ID per line) to prevent them from using the blur effect for rotors. Maverick is excluded by default as its textures are corrupted.
