@MillKeny there was a mod on the “icon on the map”, but there they just drew icons on top of the usual orange radar. They didn't rotate and were just pictures on the map texture.
How about updating the mod to also display phone missions in Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale? ("green" and "red" phone) After completing the story in Portland, a "blue phone" is constantly displayed with an available mission. In Staunton and Shoreside there are also such phones after the end of the story, they also constantly ring and 2 missions are also available. It would be logical that they would be displayed on the map, similar to how the “blue phone” is shown in Portland.
Very optimistic. I guess you shouldn't expect GTA V-level graphics. Expect the worst and lower your expectations. For example, that Rockstar will release a hacky stripped-down port on Unreal. And then if you dream about remakes of the Mafia level, then you can be very upset, not justifying high expectations.
The mod is great. It can help if, for example, I missed some collectables or a jump somewhere. It's good that it is possible to turn off the marks on F12. But I wish someone would make a version of this mod where icons are disabled by default. Whatever you need, you can turn it on by pressing F12.
Thank you very much to the author for such a good translation. Although I'm not a fan of Russian voice overs in Rockstar games, let alone fan-made ones, when I got acquainted with the author's works, I was pleasantly surprised. Usually the "voice acting" of GTA games are made by very young people with an inappropriate voice and a bad microphone. But in the case of "Correct Translation", the voice acting itself resembles something similar to the voice acting of old films, and all because of the imposition of the Russian voice over the original dialogues, and not a complete replacement of the audio track as in other earlier translations. Thanks to the author, now there are excellent voices for GTA III and VC. It remains to wait for SA, I hope the author will not abandon the idea and slowly do everything as he planned.
