Great project! I did not expect such a continuation power!
First things first.
- The cutscenes are perfectly set! The project wants to not only play, but also to watch! Sometimes, however, there is a certain lethargy due to the same animations of the actors which is a cutscene in a row.
- In the previous part, I expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that there was no plot movement. Here, the action captured me from the first to the last mission) In general, this is one of those projects that the villain pulls on itself.
- Mapping is so skillful that I forgot that I play mod on GTA SA.
- Well-chosen sound effects for the atmosphere.
- Cool places used for the game map. I don’t know what they are called.
- I also liked some gameplay features in cutscenes, such as turning on a flasher. I don’t know how to do this: D

- The cops that catch this Scream (I’ll name it so as not to spoil it) are the same as the characters.
- The same music in different situations. It is monotonous, and continues to play even when the action ends under which it was placed. You get tired of this corny. By the way, in the first mission, I would add something dynamic in sound.
- As I noted above, the same faces and animations of the actors, as well as sometimes shots in cutscenes, draw down the dynamics of the story.

I liked the gameplay chips, music inserts and nice cutscenes. The gameplay was not enough, but maybe that’s your idea)
I can’t say something about the plot. Either I played too inattentively, or the plot is not particularly here. For example, the actions and conversations of the police did not budge the investigation - they did not even have suspects or first conclusions / assumptions. Why did they call Howard, what is his role?
And I did not quite understand who the main character / heroes are, who (e) will pull the investigation (and plot) on himself because everything is clear with the maniac - he is a mystery.
Nevertheless, I want to know the denouement, and therefore good luck and success!
