Firstly, fixing game mechanics and adding reflections to cars is not a modification of the engine, but a game code, and secondly, I wonder why then the original games have different versions of the engine? if they had the right to modify it themselves then why did they buy new versions of it? they could remake it themselves. And the very idea of modifying an ancient engine with 32-bit architecture, which has a 4GB RAM limit, would simply not pull modern graphics, which is just not enough in old games.
They do not have the right to modify the engine because it is not theirs and never was, they just bought their time the right to use it (temporarily) and that's it.
As for the lol engine, the engine on which Gta 3, Vice city and San Andreas was made never belonged to rokstar and no one will re-buy a license for it for the sake of remasters, so you can forget about any changes or replacement of the engine version with the most modern one: I personally I think that it would be logical for remasters to use the engine from gta 4 or gta5 so that they at least have a common modding, but as far as I understand, they chose what they can work with.
The car is beautiful, but why the chrome texture? there is skygfx with neo reflection and why adaptation under sa dirt, just under gta 4 it was necessary to dirt texture, but forgot to adapt the wheels.
It would be better to convert buildings from gta 3, instead of fiddling with ide, ipl files, buildings from gta sa in liberties? that for the nonsense for it - but for a qualitative collision which is not in sa +, in general without evaluation.

Thought of the current with carved cops on bikes, and it would be nice if someone wrote a script that corrects the randomization of drivers in cars, for example: the skins of taxi drivers are many, but only 1 in each car appears in the game.

The car is good, but there are 2 minuses: 1 in the description, and 2 cannot be replaced with the standard majestic. (Tuning tuning lines do not appear on the menu when the car is in the tuning salon)
By the way, I noticed another 1 minus - this is the absence of a scratch texture when damaged.

Some kind of meager list of changes in this version seems to have nothing to fix and "we exclude Maverick, because its textures are damaged", this can be corrected by any student.

Well, not really ... 1 pedov hands are not on the steering wheel. 2 no gas tank (it stands out a lot compared to other cars.) 3 already mention the painting moved out a little. Could have made a final version where it won't.

It would be cool if the cut weapons m16, glock 9mm (from cutscene.img), mp5k and psg1 were still in fashion, but if you replace the weapon in cutscene.img with any of this mod, will it be shown in the splash screens?
