I love CS: GO. Take out AWP Dragon Lore and Asimov. Well, the pestles are different.

1) If you put a human skin instead of a crow, you get a flying krakozyablik
2) It's bad that the birds live only in certain places, one would have to think about randomness.
I have long wanted to make pigeons so that they randomly spawn on the map, and fly, die, etc. But now I have no time at all, and desire. It would be very cool if the crows were not peds, but objects (of course, animated).

Already half of the people give a shit on this PC version, and on GTA 5 in general. I, personally, was not even surprised that the transfer happened again.
I don't remember exactly when you showed the beta of this mod, but it turned out great!
I would rather make this thing a script, because God knows what weapons are installed by this or that person on his GTA SA.

I don't think it's a good idea to determine the winners by rating. Some may deliberately minus the mod, while others may persuade to put + for the turnip. It would be better defined by the complexity of the work.
And in the center there are not only clocks, there are 4 of them on each tower, i.e. 8 pieces.
