"GTA VC: Return", aka "GTA VC: Return" is a global graphic modification for GTA VC, or rather, a re-release of the original game.

History
This is one of the longest projects for GTA VC. Development has been going on for about 5 years (since the end of 2008)
Late 2008-mid 2010: there were plans to add new content to the game, the project was not announced and eventually it fell apart (the collapse was also affected by the fact that then I only had initial modding skills).
The only surviving clipping
Then there is a pause until 2011.
early 2011 - late 2011: this is a brand new project that aims to improve all textures by adding some new content.
Tenderloin
late 2011 - september 2012 - move to RW 3.0 Saved: Tenderloin
September 2012 - 2013: complete project restart on RW 2.1, only 20% of textures were transferred to the project from the previous version.
