- Indoor lighting for ATI 1900 series graphics cards;
- For players with ATI 1900 series video cards, all light sources are displayed (for example, when playing pool);
- Fixed problems with switching with the ALT-TAB key combination.
Graphic settings
- Added "OFF" option for reflection quality;
- Added "OFF" option for shadow quality.
Performance
- Added optimization for very complex physics calculations (for example, during a race with 32 participants);
- Improved graphics optimization.
Multiplayer Mode
- Definition of NAT;
- Definition of "strict restrictions" NAT and output to the player of the corresponding message;
- You can listen to voice conversations even if your microphone is muted.
Management
Keyboard / Mouse
- You can remap the Enter, Backspace, and arrow keys;
- Added the ability to assign additional mouse buttons;
- Added the ability to enable / disable DirectInput in the menu;
- You can enable/disable the Direct Input control device directly from the "Control" menu;
- The "-usedirectinput" command line option will override the corresponding setting in the game menu;
- Support for two direct input controllers at the same time (for example, a steering wheel and a gamepad);
- Players can now use 2 different controllers at the same time;
- XInput compatible device and one Direct Input compatible device.

- Saitek P380/P480/P580/P990;
- Saitek PS1000/PS2700/P3200/P3600;
- gamepad Gravis Eliminator Shock.
Safety
- Definitions of modification of the program code and, if detected, blocking the player's access to the network game;
- Blocking access to the network game from the gaming mobile phone and the GFWL service in case of joining during the game.
Video Editor
- Improved work of the scroll slider;
- Improved program response to key presses on the keyboard;
- Improved loading speed when a player has a large number of clips.
Patch 2 Bug Fix:
- Return of stalls selling hot dogs and things like that;
- Disappeared after the installation of the second patch sellers of hot dogs, fences, bars, poles are now back in their place.
Pop-up labels
- Fixed pop-up text designations (for example, names of highways, streets in the Zvezdny Prospekt area, time);
- Pauses when switching using the ALT-TAB key combination during game cutscenes;
- There is no discrepancy between sound and picture.
General Fixes / New Features
- Problem with clothes from Modo/Perseus stores;
- Fixed a bug when combining clothes from Perseus and Modo stores.
Gamepad image 360
- On the control settings screen, the gamepad image is displayed
