The .IDE file, copy paste the "data" file in "com.rockstargames.gtasa/files" location, there's a new .IDE file, open the "lines.txt" file and copy paste the lines from that file into your "gta.dat" file, without this the mod won't work.... "gta.dat" file can be obtained by opening one of your GTA SA OBB file and then copy paste that file to your data file and paste the lines on "# Object types" section

IPL DATA\MAPS\my.ipl But now I don't know how to fix the loading progressbar which moves out of the border.
Задумка норм, но модельки персонажей сильно контрастируют. Либо надо найти модели, сделанные под стилистику SA, либо вообще другие скины использовать и создать подобную сюжетную историю из 5-ки.
Возможно тут уже дело в самой сборке Криминальная Россия, значит там заменены/добавлены файлы, которые не поддерживают мою версию GTA_SA. Попробуй поиграться с dll файлами по типу vorbisFile и тп. Вдруг что-то выйдет
