Part 4:
Tom had already seen a small unfinished town, but all this time he never wondered where the oil in the pipes came from (meaning the oil workers only had to build the storage tanks). The main character is honored not only to reach a hidden base in a half-abandoned underwater dock but also to survive.
All ordinary people were immediately killed by an unknown force, but these creatures either feared Tommy... or... respected him... no one will know, but the fact is that aliens were hiding.
Besides the fact that a new unexplored part of the island opened up for Tom, the authorities finally constructed a proper highway almost through the entire outskirts of the city. By the way, the aliens had a disc with GTA, they played it and were satisfied, so a highway also appeared on the opposite side of the island, with a couple of Rockstar offices and several cottages for the company's employees along it.
New features:
1 slightly redesigned town (a few police stations)
2 continuation of the cave (a secret town with a park, ramps, etc.)
3 highway (connecting the oil town with the regular one)
4 highway 2 (just a large decorative insert (beautiful).
Secret:
If you accelerate in a Toyota Supra before entering the underwater city, you will do a flip at the end (I haven't tried it with other cars).

Download only if you have GTA - Vice City Deluxe
Don't judge too harshly,
and have fun on the bike in the lower city.

Том уже видел маленький недостроенный городок, но за всё время он не задумывался откуда там появилась нефть, уже имеющаяся в трубах (то есть нефтяникам оставалось лишь построить нефтехранилища). Главному герою удостоится честь не только попасть на скрытую базу в полу заброшенной подводной стоянке, но и остаться в живых.
Все обычные люди сразу же были убиты непонятно кем, но Томми эти существа, толи боялись… толи… уважали… некто не узнает, но то что инопланетяне прятались, это факт.
Кроме того что для Тома открылась новая неизведанная часть острова, власти наконец провели нормальное шассе почти через всю окраину города. И кстати у пришельцев побывал диск с gta, они прошли её и остались довольны, так что в противоположной части острова тоже появилось шассе, и вдоль него стояли пара офисов Рокстара и несколько коттеджей сотрудников этой фирмы.
Нововведения:
1 немного переделанный город (несколько полицейских участков)
2 продолжение пещеры (секретный городок с парком, трамплинами и т. п.)
3 шоссе (соединяющее нефтяной город с обычный)
4 шоссе 2 (просто большая декоративная вставка (красивая).
Секрет:
Если в подводном городе на Тоёте Супре перед тем как заедешь туда разогнаться, то в конце сделаете сальто (я не пробовал на др. машинах).

Строго не судите,
и повеселитесь на мотыке в нижнем городе.
