To go to a new location - you need to go to one of the computers in Downtown
To exit the location - go to the "EXIT" sign
It is advisable to set a frame limiter, otherwise the game may freeze during the transition to the location.
Requires the library CLEO
Installation:
Move the contents of the folders of the same name to the corresponding ones in your game.
Add missing lines to gta_vc.dat

Для выхода из локации - подойти к табличке \"EXIT\"
Желательно поставить ограничитель кадров, иначе игра может зависнуть во время перехода в локацию.
Для работоспособности требуется библиотека CLEO
Установка:
Переместить содержимое одноименных папок в соответственные у вашей игры.
Добавить недостающие строки в gta_vc.dat
