Bizarre Island
Bizarre island is a new area built on artificial islands near the beach that are connected by bridges. They also have buildings, trees, bushes and a couple of trampolines.
In order for all this goodness to appear in the game, you need:
1) Throw the .dff and .txd files into gta3.img through the ImgTool program
2) Place the losted folder in D:\GAMES\GTA - Vice City\data\maps
3) Replace gta_vc.dat file in D:\GAMES\GTA - Vice City\data

Bizarre island - это новый район, возведённый на искусственных островах у пляжа которые связаны между собой мостами. На них также есть здания, деревья, кустарники и пара трамплинов.
Для того, чтобы всё это добро появилось в игре, вам нужно:
1) Файлы .dff и .txd кинуть в gta3.img через прогу ImgTool
2) Папку losted поместить в D:\\GAMES\\GTA - Vice City\\data\\maps
3) Файл gta_vc.dat заменить в D:\\GAMES\\GTA - Vice City\\data
