Alas, there is no video yet, as soon as it appears I will add screenshots until the screenshots speak for themselves.
This ENB includes:
New road textures.
High quality tree textures.
Good textures of small details.
New blur (Motion Blur).
Adjusted water.
High quality and environmental lighting.
Reworked night and rain.
New effects for explosions have also been added to the ENB.
Fixed a bug with darkness at night.
It is best to install on the GTA IV 1.0.4.0 patch.
