This mod is built entirely from scratch, for any weather and time. It is a complete overhaul of all weather models in GTA 4. Compatible with all patches and EFLC.
Changes in version 1.62:
- Improved lighting for all weather types, sunny weather features enhanced sky and sun colors.
- Better clouds added for all weather conditions.
- Sunlight effect has been softened.
- Nighttime has been improved for all weather types, especially rainy ones, giving them a more "wet" appearance.
- Fixed an issue where police sirens were incorrectly displayed in certain weather conditions.
- Reflections and cubemap shaders have been adjusted. Overall, car reflections have been enhanced without compromising roads, sidewalks, etc.
- Strange shadows from trees and other objects have been corrected.

Мод сделан полностью с нуля, на любую погоду и время. Это полный пересмотр всех моделей погоды в GTA 4. Работает на всех патчах и EFLC.
Изменения в версии 1.62:
- Для всех погод улучшено освещение, солнечная погода имеет улучшенный цвет неба и солнца.
- Добавлены лучшие облака в любую погоду.
- Смягчен эффект света солнца.
- Улучшено ночное время для всех погод, особенно дождливых, они имеют более "мокрый" вид.
- Исправлена проблема, когда в некоторые погоды неправильно отображались сирены полицейских машин.
- Поправлены шейдеры отражений и cubemap shaders. В общем и целом отражения автомобилей улучшены без ущерба для дорог, тротуаров и т.д.
- Исправлены странные тени от деревьев и других объектов.
