I have no idea. This is the same file I uploaded years ago but I only modified the .ini for it to not use some splash effects on a boat. I messaged the moderators for them to unlock the file but if they don't answer I will just upload the .ini as an update since its the only thing that is needed to update.
For now, if you wish to manually update, go to FxsFuncs folder and open the .ini and change the following lines:

Нет, интерьеры отображаются нормально, а вот отражения на самих стеклах — перевёрнуты. Это хорошо видно днём, на многоэтажных домах. Там небо и пальмы смотрят вниз.
2- Maybe add a settings to enable disable that custom fire rate..? It's really not needed to customize it further. (I already have a custom weapons.dat loaded with modloader, and I'm sure most people have one too)
crashes spawning the vehicle with the latest fastmanlimitadjuster (7) with added cars, peds and weapons. works ok with older versions of fastmanlimitadjuster.

What I don't like is that we can hit our own vehicle. Maybe make it so that our own bullets can't damage our vehicle? Also, the custom fire delay is not really necessary, just read the firerate from the game.
I'd also like to suggest to make it possible to toggle the aiming with rmb (so it's no need to hold it).
Same goes for your other manual driveby mods for the other gta games.
Some of the textures are way too compressed than the ps2's, especially pedestrian textures.
PS2 indeed has lower resolution textures, BUT uncompressed. Meaning that they formatted on something like BGR888 or BGRA8888, it's similar to "uncompressed 32bp" option on android. They don't use DXT formats ("With Alpha" or "Without Alpha" options).
And also the "round-thingy" (i don't know the word in English :|) on Ganton doesn't have the PS2 texture resolution.
I hope the next update has these improvements that I had mentioned. And maybe you could use some of the textures from "SA PS2 Features to PC" mod. They already changed to PC TXD format so it would be easier to use that.
