Turn any car in GTA San Andreas into a real drift car with this mod! "Drift Settings" gives you complete freedom for tuning your fleet for this exciting sport. You can choose absolutely any car in the game and "sharpen" it for drifting, opening up new opportunities for controlled skids and spectacular cornering on the streets and deserts of San Andreas.
Two types of customization:The mod comes with two separate configurations, each offering a unique drift experience:
- Short Skid + Realistic + Slow: This option is ideal for those who prefer precise and controlled drifts. It provides a more realistic car behavior with an emphasis on slow but very controlled drifts. Great for honing your technique in small areas or in city traffic.
- Long Drift + Realistic + Speed: If you like long, spectacular drifts at high speed, this is the config for you. It will allow you to keep your car in a skid for longer, while keeping the physics realistic and adding more speed to your maneuvers. Ideal for wide tracks and open spaces.
The choice of config depends on your personal driving style and drifting preferences. Experiment with both options to find the one that best suits your experience in the game.
Installation:Installing the mod is quite simple and requires minimal effort:
- In each of the two mod archives you will find a text document.
- Open this text document and copy the settings string from it.
- Then open the file handling.cfg, which is located in the data folder of your game GTA San Andreas.
- Using any text editor (e.g. Notepad), paste the copied line into the settings section of any car you like. Replace the existing settings string for that car with the new drift configuration.
Now your favorite car is ready for drift competitions in San Andreas!
