не, вот я сам лично сейчас скачал апк версии 2,0 и кеш, и все поставил и все РАБОТАЕТ!
можно отредактировать weapon.dat , вместо анимации "flame" поставить "rifle" или даже "riflebal" для стрельбы от бедра, что может быть более аутентично в виду тяжести пулемета, и отредактировать цифры отвечающие за положение огня\вспышки от выстрела, так же придется отредактировать файл default.ide заменив там имя анимации. и конечно придется найти подходящую модельку ручного пулемета, помню я так делал с М60, только скорострельность еще понизил и разброс пуль добавил, в целом получилось хорошо

Its due to the Low Memory bug thats always plagued GTA IV PC Port That R* was just too lazy to ever fix.
To fix it, you'll have to edit the 'commandline.txt' file found in your main game install location and change the number next to "-availablevidmem " to match the VRAM value of your graphics card (In Megabytes) .
You can find out exactly what this value is by hitting Win+R and running "DxDiag" on your PC

Здравствуйте сегодня я установил ваш мод? Ну потом как я зашел у меня появились какие то не разборчивые символы? при загрузки и карта не поменялась а наоборот сплющилась ну все равно этот мод работал ну мне не понравилось с этими символами все в настройках обшарил нечего не нашел? Решил сегодня этот мод удалить все делать как было указано в папке с модом и когда я уже все удалил захожу в игру и у меня до-сих пор эти не понятные символы и игра сразу при загрузки вылетает как бы я не старался все равно вылетает? Новую гта 4 я не собираюсь устанавливать потому что я не помню когда ее последний раз устанавливал!!! Помогите разобраться с этой проблемой!!! Не как не могу ее Решить!!! Все уже перепробовал? А новую я не хочу устанавливать потому что могут быть везде пиратские а у меня Оригинальная? Подскажите Как исправить эту проблему? 08.03.25.
вроде делаю все по инструкции, стоит подходящий геймконфиг (др моды работают и не один), но почему то с дисками траблы. Крашит без ошибки и при загрузке есть микрофриз, я уже по нему определяю что гта не запустится, не пойму в чем прикол. Вытащил длсшку и на всякий фиксанул, все равно крашит. Может есть подводные камни? Закидываю в модс, х64 длспак

This mod is already complete the only thing left that i'll be doing is just adding a few sfx that i didn't add and then it's done, I don't plan to change any other clothing as i already spent a ton of time on this mod.

Да, все пашет от ума. Клавиша Q немножко подержать у багажника — то все норм тело вваливается. Если у трупа нет башки — там такой напор начинается как из крана хлыщет
