2) All dialogues and phrases from the archive "scripted_speech.rpf" — These are story missions (outside cutscenes), random characters, tours, weapon, clothing, fast food vendors, leisure with friends, girlfriends, security at entrances, strippers, as well as additional tasks like delivering drugs for Jacob, exporting cars, and racing for Brucie, contract killings, and more! (except for MPKP and MPKP2 (these are from multiplayer)

3) Radio advertisements (this is the translation), police dispatcher, GPS navigator!

4) News on the radio (Weazel News) and weather news!

5) Random phrases of Niko Bellic and all main characters!

6) Law enforcement and much more!

7) All NPCs are voiced!!!!!!

8) 3 talk radio stations WKTT Talk Radio, Integrity 2.0, Public Liberty Radio, as well as Independence FM!

9) All dialogues of DJs on ALL radio stations! (except Vladivostok FM)

Regarding the voiceover — it is a single-voice (the female voice is slightly altered) AMATEUR!! So do not expect something masterpiece, it certainly cannot be compared to the original!!

Voiced according to subtitles (that’s why some phrases are sped up)

In cutscenes, the voiceover goes over the original!!!
