How to Get a Minigun in GTA San Andreas?

The six-barrel machine gun is one of the most powerful weapons in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and almost every player wants to add it to their arsenal as soon as possible. However, doing so is not that easy, as the minigun cannot be bought in just any store, and the developers, fully aware of their target audience's desires, have cleverly hidden all the miniguns.
