main idea was the creation of a modern stylization of the Vice City world thanks to the best modifications created for VC.

Заменены эффекты: вода, брызги, огонь, растительность и многое другое..

Увеличена дальность прорисовки авто и объектов.

Заменены звуки автомобилей, оружия, радио.

Добавлены CLEO скрипты (Томми умеет плавать, взбираться на невысокие стены, стрелять на бегу) Изменено большинство настроек (управления погоды, и др.)
