[III/VC] SkyGfx 2.0c

Here is a graphic mod from the author of SkyGfx for GTA San Andreas, which transfers some of the visual features of the console versions of GTA III and Vice City to the PC version. At the moment, this is the latest version of the mod, which should now support all existing game exe files.

Features:

- Detailed reflections from XBOX versions of games;

- Lighting (rim lighting) characters from the XBOX version (only for Vice City);

- Option for correct display of textures on XBOX-card (only for III);

- Mixing and coordination of textures from the PS2 version (I don’t understand what this means, it almost does not affect the graphics);

All of the above functions are configured in the ini file.

Installation:

Extract the contents of the archive to the game folder, and extract the "neo_iii" folder to the GTA III directory, where rename it to "neo" (similarly for Vice City).
