1987 Vice City. It's been a full year since Tommy Vercetti took out Ricardo Diaz and Sonny Forelli, becoming the new drug lord. But this story is not about him. Flint Casey is a new bandit from Liberty City. He arrives in this city to find answers. His brother was killed here in Vice City, but his peace was disturbed by unknown people who disrupted his funeral. Arriving here, Flint wants to find out who is behind this. Unfortunately, he will soon realize that things are not so simple here.

This is a demo version of the mod (WIP). This is not a full release!
Demo version contains:
- 22 story missions,
- 4 side missions,
- 1 collection of items,
- Opportunity to buy a car,
- Opportunity to buy a bike,
- Opportunity to buy clothes,
- Scripting capabilities (approximately 25-30% of all scripts)
- Various map changes such as new areas, roads, interiors, etc. (about 50-60%)
- New loading screens, menus, screensavers, radar, hud, etc.
Installation:
- Install a clean GTA Vice City.
- Launch the Shine o' Vice installer and point to the original game path.
- Confirm replacement.
- Play!

Q: Is the mod compatible with the Steam version of GTA Vice City?
A: No, absolutely. The game really likes to crash when loading, or does not start at all. To fix this, find install Non-
steam gta-vc.exe v1.0
Q: Is the mod compatible with other mods?
A: It is highly recommended not to use any other mods with Shine o' Vice. They can cause various bugs, so please make sure that your bugs are not related to other modifications (remove them) before writing to me about it.
Q: When I play, I have no sound. And when I go to the sound settings, it says “Sound card not found.” (“No Audio Hardware Found”) What should I do?
A: The installer does not perform global replacement of audio files. Make sure your game folder has audio files inside the audio folder. If they are there, then it may be a problem with your gta.exe
Q: When I start the game, I hear music and intro sounds, but the video does not show. How to fix it?
A:
Q: The mouse does not work during the game.
A: Right-click on gta-vc.exe->Properties->Compatibility->Disable visuals (or run the game in Win95 or XP compatibility mode).
Q: When I try to start the game I get the error "The program failed to initialise properly". What the hell?
A: Try installing the latest version of DirectX. If this doesn't help, then update your C++ Redistributable.
Q: Everything works fine, but when I try to load the game or restart it, it crashes. What to do?
A: Try right-clicking on gta-vc.exe->Properties->Compatibility->Disable display scaling at high resolution. It's not certain, but it might help.
Q: Everything works well, but when playing for a long time, various bugs begin to appear and the game becomes less stable. For example, the geometry of the car breaks down. What it is?
A: This is a bug that we are still trying to fix. In the meantime, a simple restart of the game will help you. And everything will be alright again.
Q: There's an error with the texture, there's a crash here, etc. What to do?
