Hi all! This mod is a unique project for GTA: Vice City, which unites two iconic worlds - Matrixand Vice City- in a way that has never been done before. That's what makes this modification special:

Play as Tommy Vercetti, Matrix style:
- Instead of Neo, you'll control Tommy Vercetti, but with a unique look inspired by the legendary hero Matrices.
Custom image in Neo style:
- Neo's iconic coat has been recreated from scratch, replicating as closely as possible the details from the film.
- The iconic Neo sunglasses complete the look.
Completely original skin:
- This skin was developed completely from scratch, without using ready-made models and textures. Thanks to this, it fits perfectly into the atmosphere of Vice City.
Installation instructions:
- Move them to the modelsgta3.img folder.
Or add the files to the modloader folder if you are using a modloader.

Инструкция по установке:
- Извлеките файлы из архива.
- Переместите их в папку models\gta3.img.
