Hello people! I haven't posted a mods in a while but here it is.
This mod remakes a cut feature for Vice City that makes it so that you can go outside in the balcony and view sunny Vice City.
All you have to do is go to the window in Ocean View Hotel, stop near the marker and you are in the balcony.
To return step on the marker again.
