GTA Vice City Beta Mod
GTA VC Beta Mod is a global modification that brings back things that were at an early stage of development. Developed since December 2012.
Features of the latest version (4.0 Update 1):
-The main thing in the mod is the added mission Hello Moffat, author-Mr.Secret (restored from found dialogues)
-Absolutely all vehicles have been replaced, numbers and wheels from GTA III have been restored, cut ones (Cougar, Toyz) have been restored
-Lots of changes in the city (70 percent complete)
-Almost all beta weapons have been restored
-Replaced some peds with beta options, also replaced some in cutscenes
