With this mod, you can chop off the head of any ped with a katana or machete, from the 1st time.
This mod is already was, but this one is better in terms of implementation.
Installation:
Add Head.cs file to GTA Vice City/CLEO

Отрубить голову
С помощью данного мода, вы сможете катаной или мачетой, с 1-ого раза, отрубить голову любому педу.
Такой мод уже был, но этот лучше в плане реализации.
Установка:
Файл Head.cs добавить в GTA Vice City/CLEO
