This mod allows you to behead any ped with a katana or machete in one hit.
A similar mod existed, but this one is better in terms of implementation.
Installation:
Add the Head.cs file to GTA Vice City/CLEO

Отрубить голову
С помощью данного мода, вы сможете катаной или мачетой, с 1-ого раза, отрубить голову любому педу.
Такой мод уже был, но этот лучше в плане реализации.
Установка:
Файл Head.cs добавить в GTA Vice City/CLEO
