Updated Improved scope on sniper rifles

This mod removes jagged edges on the scopes of sniper rifles. Fixed based on the improved scope of the sniper rifle from GTA 3.

Version 2:
- Mod is compressed size

To replace scopes you need Magic TXD or TXD Workshop.
