All 4 floors are open in the hotel "Ocean View" v1.2. + The bathroom is open.

The VC Xbox Mod already has this. Compatible with the tangibility patch if set manually or remove the hash in #CDIMAGE MODELS\GTA3COL.IMG.
08/03/2019 - update: - added windows on new floors -removed garbage on the floors (the maid was appetizing) -Added numbers on the doors - added some small objects (via ipl) -fixed lighting p.s. there are ideas for v2, but no time to implement
