I present to your attention the GTA IV cracker. The entire plot and a lot of non-plot parts of the game are voiced.
What exactly? Story missions with all dialogue options are voiced, all story characters are voiced, including the main character.
Shows, intelligence agencies and some characters from the world of Liberty City, as well as reports of police pursuit and weather.

Disadvantages:
1) The sound can sometimes "jump"
2) The characters are voiced a little monotonously, but this is due to the lack of people.
3) The multiplayer part is not announced.
4) The voice acting is not complete (technically it would be possible to voice all the pedestrians, but it would be very monotonous... well, there are too many passers-by)

How to install?
**************ATTENTION!!!!****************
"SparkIV" SOFTWARE REQUIRED!!
1.Folder CUTSCENES
Open the "SparkIV" program, click "open" and go to the game folder, then "PC" - "audio" - "Sfx".
Next, look for the file “cutscenes.rpf” and open it. Click "import", then open the CUTSCENES folder from the downloaded archive.
When the lines in the program turn blue, click save (floppy disk icon).

Do the same with the folders "SCRIPt_AMBIENT", "SCRIPt_MISSION", "SCRIPTED_SPEECH", "SPEECH".

2. Place the archives POLICE_SCANNER.rpf and RADIO_WEATHER.rpf into the game folder, then “PC” - “audio” - “Sfx”.
