F9 + 1 - enable
F9 + 2 - disable
F9 + 3 - set color: blue
F9 + 4 - set color: red
F9 + 5 - set color: green
F9 + 6 - set color: purple
F9 + 7 - enable for all cars
F9 + 8 - enable only for auto player
F9 + 9 - enable flashing
F9 + 0 - disable blinking
Works with gta3.exe versions 1.0 and 1.1.
