Project Neons
This modification adds neon lights to skyscrapers and staunton shops. Also, the modification includes a new Timecyc.dat with a dark blue
at night. This is only the first beta version of the mod, so not all districts and buildings have received changes, but I will periodically update
this modification.
Installation: Requires Limit Adjuster. Also, if desired, you can put 2DFX Project.
Automatic: put everything in the game folder.
Manual: Put everything in the game folder, except for the gta3.dat file, open the manual.txt file and follow the instructions.
