A Halloween event has started in Red Dead Online. Gamers are in for free rewards, discounts, and much more
Rockstar Games has announced an in-game event in Red Dead Online dedicated to Halloween. During this event, gamers can expect rewards and discounts on in-game items.
As part of this event, gamers can participate in the «To Arms — Eve» mode all month and get double rewards, bonuses for collectors, and much more.
In addition, the Halloween Pass No. 2 is returning to the game, which will provide rare cursed items. At Madame Nazar's, you can buy Halloween masks at a 25% discount. Until November 6, gamers can expect bonus payouts for selling full collections.
«Fight off bloodthirsty visitors trying to take over freeholds like Armadillo and Shady Belle and defend the locals in All Hallow’s Call to Arms, paying out Double Rewards during this month’s event period. Those who survive through the final wave of any Call to Arms map this month will receive an Offer for 30% off select Horses to assist with the travels befitting a seasoned Collector», — the description says.
On October 17, three new locations will appear in Red Dead Online, which will be available in the «To Arms — Eve» mode. Three new maps will also be added to the «Night Terrors» mode.
During the event, you can participate in the «False Hopes and Prophecies» mission (available until November 6), in which players must help Ike Skelding deal with a dangerous cult.
Features of the Halloween event:
- A black-red gentleman's hat and a red hunter's jacket will be given to anyone who enters the game by the end of the month;
- If you return four collectible items from October 31 to November 6, you can additionally get a pair of «Helsby» gloves in pumpkin color;
- Return of the modes «Under the Cover of Night» and «Night Terrors», for participation in which you can get triple rewards;
- Twice as much money and experience for delivering full collections to Madame Nazar;
- 5 decorations from the «Family Values» collection for those who play as a collector in the next four weeks;
- Three times more money and experience for events in free mode for collectors;
- A free costume created by YouTuber with the nickname BoganBav. To get it, you need to pick up all the necessary items from the tailors by November 6 (red masquerade mask, arrow coat, everyday shirt for men or «Iniesta» blouse for women, patterned vest, fluffy tie, leather gloves, strict pants for men or «Makram» pants for women, classic shoes for men or sports boots for women);
- For a limited time, you can purchase the «Hope Man» vest and «Fernwater» coat;
- From October 31 to November 6, you can get candies and chocolate bars for free.

- October 24-30: 3 strong medicines;
- October 31 — November 6: Orange «Helsby» gloves.
