Dead Rising Remaster finds a reference to the first RDR game

A rather unexpected Easter egg related to the Red Dead series was found in the recently released Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. The player had to try really hard to find it.

A Reddit user was able to find a reference outside the game map. The facade of one of the buildings looks quite ordinary, but if you approach it at a certain angle, clear textures appear on the sign, forming the inscription Red Dead Revolver. To get into this area, the gamer used an exploit — the game itself did not imply that anyone could get in here.

Most likely, this is how Capcom decided to remind that it once also had a hand in the series, acting as the publisher of Red Dead Revolver in Japan. And if not for the problems with development and the subsequent sale of the developer studio to Rockstar Games, the company could have retained the rights to RDR.

Earlier, a new themed event dedicated to Halloween started in Red Dead Online.
